HELB has once again carried out the annual Best Colleagues selection, an initiative designed to highlight employees who, through their work, attitude and support for others, contribute to a positive and motivating work environment. This tradition reflects the values we build together every day and recognizes those who set an example in teamwork, responsibility and professionalism.
Employees could nominate colleagues in three categories that represent key elements of our culture: Always Ready to Collaborate – colleagues who are approachable, supportive, open in communication and foster good relationships; Gives More Than Expected – those who show exceptional engagement, take responsibility and consistently go above and beyond; The One Who Knows Their Stuff – experts whose knowledge, quality of work and willingness to share expertise raise the standards of the entire team.
All employees who participated in the voting were also entered into a lucky draw, with the chance to win three valuable prizes, adding an extra dose of excitement to this year’s selection.
