Collaboration, effort, and knowledge: The best colleagues of 2024 have been awarded

Awards for those who make a difference.

This year, HELB employees once again took part in the Best Colleague 2024 selection, where they had the opportunity to vote for colleagues who set an example through their work, values, and attitude towards their job. The aim of this selection is to highlight those who contribute to a better work atmosphere every day – whether through collaboration, exceptional effort or expert knowledge.

In the online survey, 60% of employees voted. As in previous years, everyone could nominate colleagues in three categories. The first category, “Always for Cooperation,” refers to those who build trust within the team through understanding, respect and a willingness to help. The second category, “Give more of themselves,” highlights colleagues who are exceptionally engaged, responsible and always ready to put in extra effort to ensure the job is done well. The third category, “One who knows knowledge,” is reserved for those who stand out due to their expertise, high-quality work, and a desire to share their knowledge with others.

After the votes were tallied, this year’s winners are:
• Always for Cooperation – Danijel Đakulović
• Give more of themselves – Karlo Lazarin
• One who knows knowledge – Filip Pavlović.

Their effort, dedication, and knowledge were recognized by their colleagues, making this award even more valuable.
