Exhibiting from the Middle East to the Mediterranean
In March 2015 among 600 exhibitors from 34 states HELB exhibited at shows in Manama, the capital of Bahrain, and Ravenna, one of the leading centres of petrochemical industry in Italy. HELB’s appearance at these shows was part of the project „Building a hall for the production of electrical equipment” co-financed by the Republic of Croatia and the EU under the European Regional Development Fund Operational Programme 2007-2013, Strengthening SME competitiveness*.
With the aim of stronger market activities in the oil and gas industry HELB first exhibited at the „19th Middle East Oil & Gas Show and Conference“, which took place from 9th to 11th March 2015 gathering over 300 exhibitors from all around the world. A week later, 25th to 27th March, at „OMC 2015 Offshore Mediterranean Conference & Exhibition“ in Ravenna HELB presented its range of products and services for the Carbohydrates Research Industry.
„During these two shows almost 200 new business contacts with various suppliers, clients, partners, agents and opinion makers such as engineers and scientists from the oil industry were made. This represents an important market breakthrough for the whole company because it creates a business potential in many foreign markets“, said Tomislav Geceg, executive director at HELB.
