In March, six of our employees participated in a three‑day professional training program in the field of assembly and formation of Siemens Energy high‑voltage circuit breakers. The training took place in Berlin, at the specialized Siemens Energy Schaltwerk Berlin training center, one of the leading European facilities for high‑voltage education.
The participants were Karlo, Matija, Damir, Saša, Damir and Tonči. Five employees attended the program as new participants, while one employee renewed an existing certificate, ensuring continued compliance with the latest technological standards.
The program included a detailed theoretical segment focused on understanding the construction, operating principles and safety requirements of HV circuit breakers, as well as a practical segment covering assembly, adjustment and preparation of equipment for commissioning. Special emphasis was placed on new technologies and innovations in the production of Siemens Energy HV circuit breakers, as well as the application of best practices in field work.
By participating in such specialized training programs, our employees continuously enhance their knowledge and skills. This further strengthens the expertise, reliability and quality of our services, which is essential for the successful execution of demanding energy projects.
