At the XENA – Woman of the Year in Energy award ceremony, held on 5th of March in Zagreb and organized by the XEnergy association, our colleague Slavica Bardić was selected among the top five finalists. The XENA Award is presented to professionals who have made a significant contribution to the development of the energy sector and the energy transition over the past year.
This year’s winner is Martina Tuschl, Director of the Geothermal Energy Sector at the Croatian Hydrocarbon Agency. We also highlight that Ana Mandić from KONČAR – Distribution and Special Transformers won third place, further emphasizing the role of women within the KONČAR Group in the energy field.
The inclusion of our colleague Slavica among the top five finalists confirms her professional contribution and long-standing work in the sector, further underscoring the importance of women building their careers in the energy industry.
