A very successful Job Fair was held

More than 150 companies participated in the 16th Job Fair organized by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, the FER Student Union, and the Electrical Engineering Students’ Club (KSET) at the Velesajam Zagreb. Long ago HELB recognized the importance of raising students’ awareness of the power industry, so at this year’s two-day event, it used the opportunity to present itself to students and future employees. World Day of Safety and Health at Work

On the occasion of World Day of Health and Safety at Work, for the third year in a row, HELB held a competition among its employees, which lasted from March 31st to April 14th. The main goal of this competition was to raise safety at work to a higher level and improve business results. HELB marked this special day by rewarding employees who, through their work and behaviour, promote workplace safety, prevent accidents, and thus become role models for everyone else. More

Kristina Mileta came to HELB two and a half years ago, as a young and promising development engineer, directly from FER. During that short period of time, she has behind her a very successful project that she believes will contribute to the future of energy and smart grids in Croatia, and enable the reduction of huge losses in low-voltage networks. Colleagues have only words of praise for her. They say she is a lover of technology, that she is extremely engaged and responsible, and that she quickly exceeded everything that was expected of her.
