Short description of the subject of procurement:

The client procures the following ICT equipment:

1) PDF document processing software (1 pcs),

2) Scanned text recognition software (1 pcs),

3) Office Business Software License – standard set (65 pcs),

4) Office Business Software License – short set (40 pcs),

5) Employee education for using office softwear suite (10 pcs).

The subject of procurement is divided into groups. The Bidder may submit one or more bids for one group or more of the groups of items of procurement, to which it may attach additional technical specifications of the manufacturer if it considers that they may further clarify the subject of the procurement.
